On the 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax, the factory Y-bridge is a slip-fit two-piece design that is known to blow apart under boost on trucks that are worked hard. Wehrli Custom Fab's Stage 1 High Flow Bundle Kit (WCF100323-BC) replaces that weak link along with both intercooler pipes, creating a much stronger and higher-flowing intake tract between the turbo and engine.

The centerpiece is Wehrli's 3-inch two-piece Y-bridge with upper crossover and lower intercooler pipes, which the manufacturer says flows 36% better than stock. The 3-inch driver (hot) side intercooler pipe replaces the 2.5-inch OEM piece with a full 3-inch pipe and a high-temperature wire-reinforced boot, addressing the stock bead-roll design that can blow off under elevated boost. The 3.5-inch passenger (cold) side intercooler pipe replaces the factory plastic component with 14 gauge fabricated aluminum and flows 47% better than stock according to Wehrli. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and new wire clip rings provide secure connections throughout.

The kit includes silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, all necessary seals and gaskets, and installation hardware.
