Wehrli Custom Fab builds their Stage 1 High Flow Bundle Kit specifically to address the weak points in the 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax intake system. This Candy Teal version (WCF100323-CT) includes the same proven components as every other color in the Stage 1 lineup, just finished in a different powder coat.

At the core is the 3-inch two-piece Y-bridge, which replaces the factory slip-fit design that tends to fail under boost. Wehrli says this bridge flows 36% better than the stock unit. The driver side intercooler pipe upgrades from the stock 2.5-inch diameter to a full 3-inch pipe with a high-temperature wire-reinforced boot. On the passenger side, a 3.5-inch fabricated aluminum pipe replaces the factory plastic piece and flows 47% better than stock per the manufacturer. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals, silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and all gaskets and hardware are in the box.

This is a bolt-on kit that Wehrli says works on completely stock trucks with no tuning required. Finished in Candy Teal powder coat and made in the USA. Not CARB approved.
