Bolt-on improvement for the 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax intake system, the Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 1 High Flow Bundle Kit in Chevy Orange (WCF100323-CRO) replaces the three weakest links in the factory setup: the slip-fit Y-bridge, the undersized driver side intercooler pipe, and the plastic passenger side pipe.

Wehrli's 3-inch two-piece Y-bridge uses CNC machined billet flanges and a bolt-together design that seals securely where the air inlet horn connects. The manufacturer states it flows 36% better than the stock Y-bridge. On the driver side, a full 3-inch intercooler pipe replaces the 2.5-inch OEM piece with a high-temperature wire-reinforced boot, fixing the reverse bead roll connection that can blow off under higher boost levels. The 3.5-inch passenger side pipe is fabricated from 14 gauge aluminum with CNC machined flanges and double O-ring seals, flowing 47% better than stock according to Wehrli.

All silicone boots, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, wire clip rings, seals, and gaskets are included. No tuning or additional modifications are required. Finished in Chevy Orange powder coat and made in the USA. Not CARB approved.
