It combines the full Stage 2 intake and intercooler piping upgrade with a 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe, tackling every bottleneck from the air filter to the exhaust.

Cold air enters through a 4 in. aluminum intake pipe and enclosed air box with a dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than the stock piece, and smoother aerodynamic bends throughout the piping improve intake velocity. You will hear a more aggressive turbo sound during acceleration as a result of the increased airflow.

Solid Intercooler Plumbing That Holds Boost

The factory LBZ intercooler piping is a known weak spot. The small hot-side pipe, plastic cold-side pipe, and slip-fit Y-bridge all contribute to lost boost and potential failure under load. This kit replaces them with 3 in. and 3.5 in. aluminum intercooler pipes featuring mandrel bends and CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals. The passenger-side pipe flows 47% better than factory.
