Swapping out the factory intake tract on your 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax is one of the most common airflow upgrades for these trucks, and this Wehrli Stage 1 bundle puts everything you need in one box. Bengal Red powder coat gives the kit a distinctive look under the hood while the 3-inch two-piece Y-bridge replaces the slip-fit OEM piece that tends to blow apart under boost.

Wehrli machines billet flanges on the Y-bridge and intercooler pipes with CNC precision, and the mandrel-bent tubing keeps airflow smooth from the intercooler connection all the way to the engine. On the driver side, the 3-inch intercooler pipe replaces the smaller 2.5-inch factory tube and eliminates the weak bead-roll turbo connection that can fail at higher boost levels. The passenger side gets a 3.5-inch pipe built from 14-gauge aluminum with CNC machined flanges, double O-ring seals, and wire clip rings at both slip flanges. Silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps replace the factory connections throughout, so the entire tract holds boost better than the stock setup.

According to Wehrli, the Y-bridge flows 36% better than stock and the cold side intercooler pipe flows 47% better. No tuning is required for installation, and the kit works with stock trucks. Hardware, seals, and gaskets are included. Made in the USA.
