At the core of this Wehrli Stage 1 bundle is a 3-inch two-piece Y-bridge machined from billet with CNC flanges, replacing the factory slip-fit piece that often fails under boost on the 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax. Finished in Gloss Black powder coat, the entire kit covers the airflow path from intercooler to engine.

On the driver side, a full 3-inch intercooler pipe takes over for the smaller 2.5-inch OEM tube. The stock part uses a reverse bead roll at the turbo connection that can blow off when boost climbs above factory levels, and Wehrli's replacement eliminates that weak point. The passenger side pipe steps up to 3.5 inches, built from 14-gauge aluminum with CNC machined flanges and double O-ring seals. Both slip flanges come with new wire clip rings, and the connection uses a silicone hump boot with a stainless steel T-bolt clamp rated for higher pressures than stock.

Wehrli reports the Y-bridge flows 36% better than the OEM unit and the cold side intercooler pipe flows 47% better. The kit requires no tuning, works on stock trucks, and comes with all necessary hardware, seals, and gaskets. Made in the USA.
