Wehrli 06-10 GM LBZ/LMM Duramax Passenger Side Intercooler Outlet Elbow Kit - WCFab Red

Starting with a 3.5-inch diameter, 14-gauge aluminum pipe, this intercooler outlet elbow kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built to handle more boost than the factory plastic piece. It’s designed for 2006-2010 GM trucks with LBZ and LMM Duramax engines, fitting a range of Silverado and Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD models. This kit replaces the restrictive factory outlet, helping to eliminate horsepower-robbing boost leaks and prevent blown intercooler boots under higher pressure conditions.

The kit features a CNC-machined billet aluminum flange that uses a double O-ring seal for a solid connection to the intercooler. It comes with a new wire clip ring to secure it in place, along with an upgraded HD silicone reducer boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. These clamps are much stronger than the factory style and are designed to withstand the increased pressures you might see with aftermarket turbo setups.
