A complete intake tract overhaul for your 2007.5-2010 Duramax LMM, this Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit replaces the restrictive factory intake, intercooler plumbing, and Y-bridge with heavy-duty aluminum components that flow significantly better at every point. It fits the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD, 3500 HD equipped with the 6.6L LMM diesel.

The intake side starts with a 4-inch aluminum pipe feeding into an enclosed air box with a dry filter element and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. Cold air enters through the inner fender for lower intake temperatures, and the 4.8-inch turbo intake horn -- the largest available for this truck -- provides a 20% airflow gain over stock. All intake components are 14-gauge aluminum with smooth mandrel bends for consistent, unrestricted flow.

Downstream of the turbo, the kit replaces both intercooler pipes. The factory 2.5-inch driver-side hot pipe gets swapped for a 3-inch one-piece aluminum tube with reinforced silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps. On the passenger side, the factory plastic and rubber cold pipe makes way for a 3.5-inch aluminum piece that flows 47% better than stock. Each connection point uses CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals to handle boost pressure without leaking.

Tying it all together is Wehrli's 3-inch Y-Bridge, a bolt-together two-piece design that replaces the weak factory slip-fit unit known for blowing apart under boost.
