Your 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax shares the same intake and intercooler piping weak spots as the earlier LBZ platform: undersized pipes, plastic components that crack under heat cycling, and a slip-fit Y-bridge that fails under boost. This Wehrli Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit in Bengal Red addresses all of those issues and adds a stainless steel down pipe to improve exhaust flow as well.

The intake system features a 4 in. aluminum pipe with enclosed air box, dry filter, and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn picks up 20% more airflow than the stock piece. Smooth aerodynamic bends throughout the piping improve intake velocity and give the turbo a noticeably more aggressive sound.

Properly Sized Intercooler Piping

A 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipe replace the restricted factory components. Both use 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends and CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals. The cold-side pipe flows 47% better than stock. Wehrli's bolt-together 3 in. Y-bridge replaces the factory slip-fit design, flowing 36% better and creating a secure sealing surface that holds under boost.
