Does this kit require a tune?

No tuning is required. The Stage 3 bundle bolts onto a stock 07.5-10 LMM Duramax with no modifications. All factory connection points, sensors, and emissions controls are retained.

Bronze Chrome is one of Wehrli's standout powder coat finishes, and this Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit puts it across the entire intake and intercooler system of your 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax. Beyond the looks, the kit replaces every factory airflow restriction from the air filter through the turbo down pipe.

A 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed air box and dry filter assembly feeds cold air through the inner fender. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn offers 20% more airflow than the stock piece, and an Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover protects the MAF sensor and turbo airways.

Intercooler Tract and Y-Bridge Done Right

The 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipes replace factory components with 14 ga. aluminum and mandrel bends. The cold-side pipe flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals prevent boost leaks. Wehrli's bolt-together 3 in. Y-bridge replaces the factory slip-fit design, flowing 36% better and retaining factory grid heater and EGR connections.
