Beyond the finish, the kit replaces every factory airflow bottleneck and adds a stainless steel down pipe for improved exhaust flow.

The intake system starts with a 4 in. aluminum pipe, enclosed air box, and dry filter assembly drawing cold air through the inner fender. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than stock, and an Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter protects the MAF sensor and turbo.

Intercooler Piping That Matches the Turbo

Factory intercooler piping on the LMM is undersized for what the turbo can move. A 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side pipe replace the stock components with 14 ga. aluminum and mandrel bends. The cold-side pipe alone flows 47% better than the original. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals keep boost sealed. The bolt-together 3 in. Y-bridge flows 36% better than the factory slip-fit design while retaining grid heater and EGR connections.
