Does this kit require a tune?

No tuning is required. The kit bolts directly onto a stock 07.5-10 LMM Duramax with no modifications. All factory sensors and emissions connections are retained.

Candy Teal is one of Wehrli's more distinctive powder coat options, and this Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit puts it across the entire airflow system of your 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax. The kit goes well beyond cosmetics, replacing every factory restriction from the air filter through the turbo down pipe.

Cold air enters through a 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed air box, dry filter, and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than the stock piece, improving intake velocity and giving the turbo a more aggressive sound under throttle.

Intercooler and Y-Bridge Overhaul

The factory intercooler piping and slip-fit Y-bridge are where the LMM loses the most airflow and where boost leaks develop over time. This kit replaces them with a 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipe (14 ga. aluminum, mandrel bends, 47% better cold-side flow), plus Wehrli's bolt-together 3 in. Y-bridge that flows 36% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals keep boost where it belongs.

Stainless Down Pipe and Candy Teal Finish

The 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe with heat wrap reduces exhaust back pressure for faster spool and improved throttle response. All aluminum parts are USA-made in Candy Teal powder coat.
