What does Stage 3 add over Stage 2?

Stage 3 adds a 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe with heat wrap to the full Stage 2 intake and intercooler upgrade. This improves exhaust flow after the turbocharger for faster spool and less back pressure.

Does this kit require a tune?

No tuning is required. Everything bolts onto a stock 07.5-10 LMM Duramax with no modifications needed. Factory sensors and emissions controls are all retained.

Is this kit CARB compliant?

No, this kit is not CARB approved. It is for off-road or competition use in CARB states. Check local and state regulations before purchasing.

Will this work with an aftermarket intercooler?

CSF aftermarket intercoolers require modification or grinding of the intercooler outlet lip for installation. Stock intercoolers work without any modification.

The complete kit covers intake, intercooler piping, Y-bridge, and turbo down pipe.

The intake system uses a 4 in. aluminum pipe with enclosed air box, dry filter, and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than stock, and smooth aerodynamic bends improve intake velocity throughout the system.

Sealed Intercooler Tract

A 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipe replace the factory undersized components. Both are 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends.
