No tuning is required. The kit bolts directly onto a stock 07.5-10 LMM Duramax with no modifications. Factory sensors and emissions controls are retained.

Gold Standard Airflow for the LMM

Deore Gold is one of Wehrli's more striking powder coat finishes, and this Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit wraps it around a complete airflow overhaul for the 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax. From the cold air intake through the turbo down pipe, every factory restriction gets replaced with properly-sized aluminum and stainless steel components.

The intake system features a 4 in. aluminum pipe with enclosed air box and dry filter drawing cold air through the inner fender. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than the stock piece. An Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter keeps the MAF sensor and turbo clean between services.

Intercooler Piping and Y-Bridge

Factory hot-side and cold-side intercooler pipes are replaced with 3 in. and 3.5 in. aluminum pipes featuring mandrel bends (47% better cold-side flow). CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals prevent boost leaks. The bolt-together 3 in. Y-bridge flows 36% better than the factory slip-fit design while retaining grid heater and EGR connections.

Stainless Down Pipe in Deore Gold
