Product Details

Wehrli Custom Fab is a US manufacturer focused on Duramax diesel intake and piping components, and their Stage 1 bundle is the entry point for improving airflow on the 2007.5-2010 LMM platform. This Gloss White version covers the Y-bridge and both intercooler pipes in one package.

The stock Y-bridge on LMM trucks uses a slip-fit connection prone to failure under boost. Wehrli's 3-inch replacement bolts together with CNC machined billet flanges for a sealed joint at the air inlet horn. Mandrel-bent tubing throughout ensures smooth airflow. The driver side intercooler pipe grows from the OEM 2.5 inches to 3 inches, and the reverse bead-roll turbo connection that tends to fail at higher pressures is gone. On the passenger side, a 3.5-inch pipe fabricated from 14-gauge aluminum with CNC flanges and double O-ring seals replaces the original plastic piece. Upgraded silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps handle all connections.

Wehrli states the Y-bridge flows 36% better than stock and the cold side pipe flows 47% better. Factory throttle valve, grid heater, and EGR controls are retained. No tuning required, and the kit works on stock trucks. All hardware included. Made in the USA.
