Stage 3 adds a 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe with heat wrap to the complete Stage 2 package. This improves exhaust flow after the turbocharger for faster spool-up and reduced back pressure.

Does this kit require a tune?

No tuning is required. The kit bolts directly onto a stock 07.5-10 LMM Duramax with no modifications. All factory sensors and emissions controls are retained.

Is this kit CARB compliant?

No, this kit is not CARB approved. It is for off-road or competition use in CARB states. Check your local and state regulations before purchasing.

Does this retain the factory EGR and grid heater?

This Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit pairs that finish with a complete airflow overhaul for the 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax, covering everything from the cold air intake through the turbo down pipe.

The intake system starts with a 4 in. aluminum pipe, enclosed air box, and dry filter assembly drawing cold air through the inner fender for cooler, denser charges. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn flows 20% better than the factory piece. An Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter protects the MAF sensor and turbo from contaminants.

Intercooler Piping and Y-Bridge Sorted

A 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipe replace the undersized factory parts. Both use 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends (47% better cold-side flow).
