What does Stage 3 add over Stage 2?

Stage 3 adds a 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe with heat wrap to the full Stage 2 intake and intercooler piping package. This opens up exhaust flow for faster turbo spool and reduced back pressure.

Does this kit require a tune?

No tuning is required. The kit bolts directly onto a stock 07.5-10 LMM Duramax. All factory connection points, sensors, and emissions controls are retained.

WCFab Grey is Wehrli Custom Fabrication's own brand color, and this Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit puts it on display across the complete intake and intercooler system of your 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax. The kit replaces every factory airflow restriction from the air filter to the turbo down pipe, giving the turbo room to breathe on both the intake and exhaust side.

A 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed air box, dry filter, and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter draws cold air through the inner fender. The 4.8 in. turbo intake horn -- the largest available for the LMM -- flows 20% better than the stock horn. Smoother bends throughout improve intake velocity and produce a more aggressive turbo sound.

Intercooler Pipes and Y-Bridge Built to Last

A 3 in. driver-side and 3.5 in. passenger-side intercooler pipe replace the factory undersized components. Both are 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends. The cold-side pipe flows 47% better than stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals prevent boost leaks. The bolt-together 3 in. Y-bridge replaces the factory slip-fit design, flowing 36% better while keeping factory grid heater and EGR connections intact.

Stainless Down Pipe Rounds It Out

The 3 in. stainless steel turbo down pipe with heat wrap reduces exhaust back pressure for faster spool-up and improved throttle response.
