Air Intake System

Starting at the front, a 4 in. aluminum intake pipe with enclosed air box pulls cold air through the inner fender. The included dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover keep contaminants away from the MAF sensor and turbo. Wehrli's 4.8 in. turbo intake horn -- the largest available for the LMM -- flows 20% better than stock and produces a deeper, more aggressive turbo sound under throttle. Every pipe is 14 ga. aluminum with smooth mandrel bends for minimal turbulence.

Intercooler Piping and Y-Bridge

The factory 2.5 in. hot side intercooler pipe and failure-prone plastic cold side pipe get replaced with Wehrli's 3 in. hot side and 3.5 in. cold side aluminum pipes. The cold side alone improves airflow by 47% over stock. CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals and upgraded silicone hump boots handle higher boost pressures and eliminate the blown boots that plague these trucks at higher power levels.

Wehrli's signature 3 in. two-piece Y-bridge replaces the weak OEM slip-fit unit. The bolt-together design flows 36% better than stock, with CNC billet flanges and mandrel bends creating a full 3 in. tract from intercooler to engine. Factory grid heater and EGR connections are retained.

Stainless Downpipe

Completing the Stage 3 package, a 3 in. stainless steel turbo downpipe with heat wrap reduces back-pressure after the turbocharger. The entire kit bolts on with no tuning required and saves over $231 versus buying each component separately. Finished in Gun Metal powder coat.
