Wehrli 17-19 Chevrolet L5P Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Red

Running a 2017-2019 L5P Duramax in your Silverado or Sierra HD, the factory intake tract and intercooler plumbing have well-documented weak points. Plastic piping, slip-fit connections, and undersized diameters all leave airflow and boost on the table. Wehrli's Stage 3 High Flow Bundle Kit addresses the entire path from air filter to exhaust in a single package, finished in their Red powder coat.

On the intake side, a 4 in. aluminum intake pipe feeds into a fabricated air box enclosure with a dry filter element and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The 4 in. intake horn, over an inch larger than stock, pulls cold air through the factory hood ram air duct and inner fender opening. From the turbo back, the kit replaces the restrictive 2.5 in. factory hot side intercooler pipe with a 3 in. one-piece unit and swaps the leak-prone two-piece plastic cold side pipe for a 3.5 in. aluminum piece with a CNC machined flange and double o-ring seal. All piping is made from 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends. Reinforced silicone boots and stainless steel t-bolt clamps replace the factory clip ring connections at every joint, holding boost more reliably under load.

On the exhaust side, a 3.5 in. ceramic coated down pipe with pre-installed heat wrap replaces the crushed factory piece, connecting at the DOC outlet flange and mating to the OEM front pipe with the 4-bolt connection. All factory sensor bungs and connection points are retained. No tuning is required for installation, and the kit is made in the USA. This is a bolt-on Stage 3 upgrade that covers intake, intercooler, and exhaust plumbing in one shot.
