Wehrli 20-24 Chevrolet 6.6L Duramax L5P Stage 3 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Bengal Blue

Inside this Stage 3 bundle from Wehrli, you get a complete airflow overhaul for your 2020-2025 L5P Duramax: a 4 in. intake system, both intercooler pipes, and a 3.5 in. down pipe, all finished in Bengal Blue powder coat. Every component is designed to replace the factory plastic and undersized pieces on Silverado and Sierra HD trucks.

The intake side starts with a 4 in. aluminum pipe feeding a fabricated air box enclosure with dry filter and Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The 4 in. intake horn draws cold air through the hood ram air duct and inner fender opening. All piping is 14 ga. aluminum with mandrel bends for smooth flow. After the turbo, a 3 in. one-piece hot side intercooler pipe replaces the stock 2.5 in. two-piece unit, eliminating the resonator and middle boot joint. The 3.5 in. cold side pipe uses a CNC machined flange with double o-ring seal to replace the factory plastic piece, and an upgraded silicone boot rated for higher boost pressure than the OEM rubber component.

A 3.5 in. ceramic coated down pipe with pre-installed heat wrap completes the exhaust side, replacing the crushed stock piece. It connects at the DOC outlet flange and mates to the factory front pipe with the OEM 4-bolt connection. Stainless t-bolt clamps and reinforced silicone boots are used at every joint. All sensor bungs are retained, no tuning is required, and everything is made in the USA.
