This 60-inch traction bar kit, finished in a striking Candy Teal, is designed to keep your 2020-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or GMC Sierra 2500 HD (and their 3500 HD counterparts) planted and prevent axle wrap, especially when you're putting down more power or hauling heavy loads.

When you increase horsepower or tow significant weight, the axle can twist, potentially damaging your driveshaft, pinion yoke, or even the axle housing itself. These traction bars bolt onto the bottom of your axle tubes using the existing U-bolt mounts and then connect to the frame. The frame-side connection uses a rebuildable and greaseable RockJock Johnny Joint heim, which allows for adjustments if you change your truck's ride height. At the axle, a heavy-duty polyurethane bushing is used to help reduce noise and vibration, a common issue with solid heim joints on both ends. All connections are secured with Grade 8 hardware, and the bars themselves are built tough and finished with an epoxy primer base coat before the Candy Teal powder coat for over ten times the corrosion resistance compared to a single coat.

This kit is a 100% bolt-on installation for Crew Cab Short Bed models. Other cab and bed configurations will require frame modification and welding for proper installation.
