This 3.5-inch passenger side intercooler pipe is designed for 2020 and newer 6.6L L5P Duramax engines, specifically for the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD. It replaces the factory two-piece plastic pipe with a single, larger diameter aluminum pipe, which helps improve airflow and handle higher boost pressures more reliably.

This pipe is constructed from 14-gauge aluminum and features a CNC-machined flange with a double O-ring seal. It also includes an upgraded silicone boot and a black anodized billet aluminum adapter, all designed to withstand more boost than the stock components. This helps prevent blown boots and boost leaks, common issues with the factory setup. The design incorporates the OEM clip ring design with a high-quality silicone boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for a more secure seal. It also has a threaded bung to reinstall your OEM intake temperature sensor. This is a direct bolt-on part that requires no additional modifications, upgrades, or tuning for installation, and it comes with a custom single-stage powder coating in Brizzle Blue.
