When you're pushing more power through your Duramax diesel, especially when towing heavy loads, the axle can twist under stress. This kit from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is built to stop that. It uses 68-inch heavy-duty bars that bolt to the bottom of the axle and weld to the frame, effectively controlling axle wrap and preventing damage to your driveshaft, pinion yoke, and even the axle housing itself.

Wehrli uses a rebuildable and greaseable RockJock Johnny Joint at the frame connection. This allows for adjustment if you change your truck's ride height or need to fine-tune the torsion on the axle. For the axle connection, they've opted for a heavy-duty polyurethane bushing. This is a smart choice because it helps cut down on the noise and vibration you might get if both ends used solid heim joints, making for a more comfortable ride. All connections are secured with Grade 8 hardware, and the bars themselves are finished with a durable, custom grey powder coat over an epoxy primer base, which significantly boosts corrosion resistance.
