On the 2007.5-2010 LMM Duramax, the factory Y-bridge is a slip-fit two-piece design that is prone to blowing apart under boost. Wehrli's Stage 1 High Flow Bundle in Kiwi Green replaces that weak link along with both intercooler pipes, giving your Silverado or Sierra HD a full 3 in. tract from the intercooler pipe connection to the engine.

The core of this kit is Wehrli's 3 in. two-piece Y-bridge, a bolt-together design that provides a much more secure sealing surface than the factory slip-fit. The 3 in. hot side intercooler pipe replaces the stock 2.5 in. unit, which uses a reverse bead roll design at the turbo connection that can blow off under higher-than-stock boost. The 3.5 in. cold side intercooler pipe replaces the aging factory plastic piece with 14 ga. aluminum, using CNC machined flanges with double o-ring seals, wire clip rings, and an upgraded silicone hump boot with stainless t-bolt clamps. According to Wehrli, the Y-bridge flows 36% better than stock and the cold side pipe flows 47% better than stock.

The kit incorporates the factory throttle valve, grid heater, and EGR controls. No other modifications or tuning are required -- this is a bolt-on upgrade. All piping is finished in Kiwi Green powder coat and made in the USA. Hardware, seals, gaskets, silicone boots, and stainless t-bolt clamps are all included.
