This Wehrli Custom Fab Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit covers the full intake tract on the 2007.5-2010 Duramax LMM, replacing the factory intake pipe, turbo intake horn, air box, both intercooler pipes, and Y-bridge with 14-gauge aluminum components finished in WCFab Red. It fits Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD, 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD, 3500 HD trucks with the 6.6L LMM diesel.

Starting at the filter, a 4-inch aluminum intake pipe draws cold air through the inner fender into an enclosed air box with a dry filter element. An Outerwears hydrophobic pre-filter cover keeps contaminants away from the MAF sensor and turbo. The 4.8-inch turbo intake horn is the largest available for the LMM platform, offering 20% better airflow than the factory piece and a more aggressive intake and turbo sound.

Both intercooler pipes are upgraded to address common failure points. The driver-side hot pipe goes from the stock 2.5-inch diameter to a 3-inch one-piece aluminum tube with reinforced silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps. The passenger-side cold pipe swaps the leak-prone factory plastic and rubber setup for a 3.5-inch aluminum tube that flows 47% better than stock, sealed with CNC machined flanges and double O-rings.
