Wehrli builds these bars in-house using 68-inch long, heavy-duty steel bars designed for Regular Cab Long Bed, Super Cab Long Bed, Super Cab Short Bed, and Crew Cab Long Bed models. They use RockJock's rebuildable and grease-able Johnny Joints on the frame side, which allow for adjustments if you change your ride height or want to fine-tune the axle's torsion. On the axle side, they've opted for durable polyurethane bushings. This choice helps reduce the noise and vibration that can sometimes come with kits that use solid joints at both ends, making for a more comfortable ride. The brackets bolt to the axle using your existing U-bolts and require welding to the frame, and the whole assembly is secured with Grade 8 hardware. To top it off, each kit gets an epoxy primer base coat before a final powder coat in your choice of color, significantly boosting corrosion resistance.

This kit is specifically designed for 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with Sterling 10.5" or Dana M275 axles that have a 4-inch diameter axle tube. It's important to note that this kit is not compatible with FX4 gas tank skid plates on 2011-2016 Super Cab Short Bed models.
