Wehrli 5.9L Cummins IAT Sensor Aluminum Weld Bung

This is a Wehrli IAT sensor weld bung, made specifically for 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins engines. If you're fabricating a custom aluminum intake pipe for your truck, this bung is what you'll need to securely mount your Intake Air Temperature sensor. It's designed to be welded directly onto your custom pipe, giving you a clean and proper mounting point.

It's CNC machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum right here in the USA. The bottom of the bung is specially cut to fit snugly against either 4-inch or 5-inch diameter intake piping, which is common for these Cummins trucks. You'll also notice an arrow machined into the sensor mounting pad; this is a helpful guide to ensure you install the sensor facing the correct direction of airflow, which is important for accurate readings.

Keep in mind that the M4 x .7mm thread mounting hardware for the sensor itself is not included with this bung, so you'll need to source that separately. This part is compatible with several MOPAR sensor part numbers, including 68430063AA, 53032649AA, 53034235AA, and 68050010AA.
