Product Details
If you're fabricating a custom aluminum intake for your 2011-2016 LML Duramax, you'll need a place to mount the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. This weld bung from Wehrli Custom Fabrication is made specifically for that job. It's CNC machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum right here in the USA, so you know it's well-built.
The bottom of the bung is radius cut to fit snugly against either 4-inch or 5-inch diameter intake piping, making it versatile for different custom builds. Wehrli also machined a helpful arrow onto the sensor mounting pad to show you the correct airflow direction, ensuring you install the MAF sensor facing the right way. The mounting holes are threaded for M4 x 0.7mm hardware, which you'll need to source separately.
