Product Details
Wehrli Custom Fabrication is known for making solid parts for performance applications. This billet aluminum flange is designed to help you adapt the outlet of a Borg Warner S300 style turbocharger for custom intercooler piping. If you're building a unique setup and want to use a V-band connection instead of the standard hose outlet, this part is for you.
This flange is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum right here in the USA. To install it, you'll need to cut or machine off the existing hose outlet on your S300SXE turbo. Then, you can weld this cone-shaped flange onto the compressor housing. It gives you a clean 3-inch V-band connection point for your intercooler piping.
Keep in mind that the mating flange, V-band clamp, and O-ring seal are sold separately. You'll need to pick those up to complete the connection.
