If you're building a custom turbo setup for your diesel truck and need to adapt a Borg Warner S400-SXE style turbocharger, this billet aluminum flange is what you'll need. It lets you replace the standard rubber hose outlet with a V-band connection, making it easier to route your intercooler piping cleanly.
This flange is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum right here in the USA. To install it, you'll need to cut or machine off the existing hose outlet on your turbo's compressor cover. Then, you can weld this V-band flange in its place. It's a solid option for fabricators looking to create a neat and secure connection for their custom intercooler plumbing.
Keep in mind that the mating V-band flange, clamp, and O-ring seal are sold separately. You'll need to pick those up to complete the connection.
