This happens when the rear axle tries to twist under load, which can lead to broken driveshafts, U-joints, or even damage to the axle housing itself. These universal traction bars from Wehrli Custom Fabrication are designed to combat that axle twist, keeping your driveline healthy when you're putting down serious power.

This 60-inch universal set gives you the core components to build a robust traction bar system. At the frame side, you get high-quality, rebuildable, and greaseable RockJock Johnny Joints. These offer excellent articulation while securely connecting the bar to the chassis. For the axle side, a heavy-duty polyurethane bushing is included. This choice helps reduce noise and vibration compared to using solid heim joints on both ends, making for a more comfortable ride without sacrificing control.

Wehrli applies a tough, in-house powder coat finish in their signature Illusion Blueberry color. Before the final color coat, they add an epoxy primer base coat, which significantly increases corrosion resistance, making these bars stand up better to the elements.
