Combining the widest Alpha-1 barrel with deeper backspacing, this 15x13 Weld wheel runs 4-inch backspacing on a 5x4.5-inch bolt pattern. That combination is for racers who need the widest possible tire but also need to tuck the wheel further under the body for clearance.

With 4 inches of backspacing on a 13-inch-wide wheel, more of the barrel sits inboard of the mounting surface compared to the 3-inch backspacing version. This pulls the outer lip closer to the fender, which can be critical on narrower cars like early Mustangs and Falcons where fender clearance is tight even with tubs. On the inside, you need to verify clearance against the axle housing, as the wider barrel plus deeper backspacing eats into that space.
