This kit includes a pair of Wilwood Lug Mount brake caliper brackets, designed for the left and right sides of your 1965-1973 Ford Mustang when using an 11-inch rotor. These brackets are specifically made to mount calipers that use a 5.25-inch center-to-center lug mount pattern, which is common on many Wilwood calipers. They come with 3/8-24 clinch nuts already installed, ready for your caliper mounting bolts.
