Wilwood Caliper-Forged Superlite 4R 1.25/1.25in Pistons 0.81in Disc

If you're building a performance brake system for track days or competitive racing, the Wilwood Superlite 4R caliper is a solid option. This caliper is a well-known benchmark in asphalt short track, late model, modified, and open wheel racing, and it also sees a lot of action in road racing and rally applications. It's designed to handle the demands of high-performance driving where consistent stopping power is critical.

The FSL4R model is an updated version of the Superlite family. Wilwood redesigned it with internal fluid ports, which means no more external fluid crossover tubes. This cleaner setup uses two additional bleed screw assemblies, allowing symmetrical piston bore models to be mounted on either side of the vehicle, in either a leading or trailing position. Differential bore models still need specific left and right mounting, but they don't require a specific leading or trailing orientation. This caliper uses 1.25/1.25 inch pistons and is designed for a 0.81 inch disc thickness.
