Wilwood's D154 Front Caliper Kit uses forged billet aluminum bodies, which are significantly lighter and stronger than the original cast iron calipers found on many GM mid-size cars and small trucks from 1978 through 2002. This design helps combat rust and pitting that can affect stock calipers, offering a more reliable, low-maintenance performance for both daily driving and track use.

This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, mounting in the stock location and often clearing the same wheels that fit your original calipers. It includes stainless steel pistons and high-temperature seals to handle demanding conditions. The D154 caliper in this kit features dual 1.62-inch pistons, providing 4.12 square inches of piston area per caliper. This helps maintain your vehicle's original brake bias when used with the OE master cylinder. The kit comes complete with Wilwood's hardened slide pins and BP-10 high-friction brake pads.
