This Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Kit includes a pair of gray Type III anodized calipers, each with two 2.00-inch pistons, and a set of BP-10 high friction pads. It's designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the original single calipers found on many 1968-1996 GM passenger vehicles and trucks, like the Chevrolet Camaro, Buick Regal, and Oldsmobile 442. These calipers mount in the stock location and are intended to work with your original rotors and OE D52 brake pads, simplifying the upgrade process.

Wilwood builds these D52 calipers with forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition-style high-temperature seals. This construction helps prevent the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that can affect factory calipers. You'll notice a significant weight savings compared to stock, along with improved reliability for both street driving and track use. The dual 2.00-inch pistons per caliper offer a combined piston area of 6.28 square inches, which helps maintain your vehicle's original front-to-rear brake bias and allows for the use of your existing master cylinder. For vehicles 1978 and newer that use M10-1.5 banjo bolts, you'll need to source new brake lines.
