Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Kit - Red 2.00 / 2.00in Piston 1.04in Rotor

This Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Kit comes with a pair of red, two-piston calipers and includes hardened slide pins and BP-10 high-friction pads. These calipers are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory single-piston calipers found on many 1968-1996 GM passenger vehicles and trucks, like the Chevrolet Camaro, Buick Regal, and Oldsmobile 442. They mount in the stock location and use original style D52 brake pads and an OE 7/16-20 banjo bolt brake line.

Wilwood built these D52 calipers with forged billet aluminum bodies and stainless steel pistons, which resist rust and pitting better than the original equipment design. They also feature competition-style, high-temperature seals to prevent failures. This design offers low-maintenance performance, significant weight savings, and reliable high-temperature operation for both street driving and track use. The dual 2.00-inch pistons per caliper provide 6.28 square inches of piston area, helping to maintain your vehicle's original front-to-rear brake bias and allowing the use of the OE master cylinder. Most wheels that clear your original calipers will also clear these D52 calipers.

For vehicles 1978 and newer that use M10-1.5 banjo bolts, you will need to source new brake lines. Matching rear calipers are also available separately if you're building a custom setup.
