Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Kit - Red 2.00 / 2.00in Piston 1.28in Rotor

This Wilwood D52 Front Caliper Kit comes with everything you need to replace your original single-piston calipers on a wide range of GM passenger vehicles and trucks from 1968 to 1996. Inside the box, you'll find the red D52 calipers, which feature forged billet aluminum bodies for a significant weight savings over stock. They also include stainless steel pistons and high-temperature seals designed to resist corrosion and seal failures common in original equipment calipers. This kit also includes Wilwood's hardened slide pins and a set of BP-10 high-friction brake pads to get you started.

These D52 calipers are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, mounting in the stock location and using your original style OE D52 brake pads. They're built to work with your stock rotors and OE master cylinder, helping to maintain your vehicle's original front-to-rear brake bias. The 2.00-inch pistons offer a combined piston area of 6.28 square inches per caliper, providing improved stopping power for both street and track use. Most wheels that clear your original calipers should also clear these D52 calipers.

For vehicles from 1978 and newer that use M10-1.5 banjo bolts, you'll need to source new brake lines, as the original ones may not be compatible. Wilwood also offers matching rear calipers if you're looking to build a complete custom brake system.
