Wilwood is known for making serious braking components for performance applications. This DynaPro4R Drag Race front brake kit is built for drag cars that also see street use, offering a significant upgrade over your stock setup. It's designed to give you strong clamping force and better heat management, which is crucial when you're pushing your Mustang hard.

This kit features 12.88-inch vented rotors made from Spec 37 alloy iron, which is chosen for its thermal stability and durability. Each rotor weighs just over 10 pounds, and they're mounted to lightweight forged aluminum hats that bolt right onto your factory hubs. The calipers are Wilwood's DynaPro 4R four-piston aluminum units, each weighing only 4.1 pounds. Inside, you'll find stainless steel pistons, internal bore seals, stainless steel bridge wear plates, and e-clip style pins that make changing the BP-20 compound SmartPads quick and easy. These pads offer good initial bite and fade resistance when things get hot.

The whole package is a full bolt-on installation that uses your OE spindle and hub. Just keep in mind that you'll need at least a 17-inch wheel to clear these components, and you'll need to pick up a stainless steel braided flexline kit separately to complete the installation.
