Wilwood's FSLI4 front brake kit with drilled rotors combines forged Superlite four-piston calipers with 13-inch (12.88-inch) cross-drilled rotors for the 2004-2006 Scion xA, 2004-2006 Scion xB, and 2000-2005 Toyota Echo. If you want the same forged caliper performance as the standard FSLI4 kit but prefer drilled rotors for their dust-clearing and visual appeal, this is the drilled version.

The forged Superlite caliper is the same competition-proven design used across Wilwood's lineup -- a four-piston unit with a forged body for rigidity under hard braking. Lug mounting and a range of piston sizes make it adaptable for platforms with specific mounting and volume needs. These calipers handle the demands of both street driving and track sessions.

Cross-drilled rotors add a functional benefit: the holes help clear gas and dust from the pad surface during braking, which can improve initial bite and reduce fade during repeated stops. The drilled pattern also gives the brakes a more aggressive look behind open-spoke wheels. At 13 inches, these rotors are considerably larger than the factory units, adding thermal mass and a larger swept area.

This is a serious upgrade for a compact car platform. Moving from the factory single-piston front brakes to a forged four-piston setup with oversized drilled rotors changes the character of the car's braking entirely.
