Small cars can have big brakes. This Wilwood FSLI4 kit puts forged Superlite four-piston calipers and 13-inch two-piece drilled rotors on the front of your Scion xA, xB, or Toyota Echo -- a serious step up from the single-piston sliding calipers and small rotors that came from the factory.

Forged Superlite Calipers

Wilwood's Superlite caliper started life on the racetrack. It is forged, not cast, which makes it lighter and stronger than a comparable cast unit. Four pistons distribute clamping force evenly across the full pad surface, giving you more consistent braking and better pedal feel than the factory single-piston setup. The red powder coat finish looks good behind your wheels and resists corrosion.

13-Inch Drilled Rotors

At roughly 13 inches (12.88 inches measured), these two-piece rotors are substantially larger than stock. The aluminum hat reduces unsprung weight compared to a one-piece iron rotor, and the drilled design vents gases from the pad surface during hard stops. The two-piece construction also allows the hat and rotor ring to expand independently under heat, reducing the warping that plagues one-piece designs under track use.
