This kit from Wilwood gives you everything you need to upgrade the master cylinder on your early Mustang. You get the aluminum tandem master cylinder with a 7/8-inch bore, a combination proportioning valve, a left-hand mounting bracket, fluid tubes, and all the necessary stainless steel button head fasteners and hardware. This setup is designed to be a straightforward bolt-on for manual brake systems, simplifying the process of improving your car's braking performance.

The tandem master cylinder is a key component for safety, as it keeps the front and rear brake circuits isolated. If one circuit develops a leak, the other can still function. The included combination proportioning valve helps you fine-tune the brake bias between the front and rear wheels, which is especially useful for custom brake setups. Wilwood uses stainless steel fluid tubes with pre-installed steel tube nuts for a clean and durable connection between the valve and the master cylinder, and the bracket and hardware are finished in black E-coat for a lasting look and corrosion resistance.
