Wilwood Rotor Kit Front/Rear-Drilled 2005-2013 Aston Martin

Aston Martin built the DB9 and V8 Vantage to be driven hard, and Wilwood built this rotor kit to match. The ProMatrix front and rear set uses two-piece construction with GT curved vane Spec-37 iron rings and aluminum hats, giving you measurable brake improvements while working with your factory calipers.

Spec-37 Iron Alloy

Wilwood developed Spec-37 as a proprietary iron alloy with roots in military-spec rotor manufacturing. It withstands extreme temperatures with a high degree of resistance against distortion, warping, cracking, and wear. For a car like the DB9 or Vantage -- where the brakes see sustained high temperatures during spirited driving -- that heat resistance is not optional, it is essential.

Two-Piece Aluminum Hat Construction

Each rotor uses an aluminum hat bolted to the Spec-37 iron ring. The aluminum hat is lighter than a one-piece iron rotor, reducing unsprung mass at all four corners. The two-piece design also allows the hat and ring to expand independently as temperatures rise, which is one of the most effective ways to prevent the warping and runout that ruin pedal feel.

GT Curved Vane Design

The internal vanes are curved rather than straight, which pumps air through the rotor more efficiently. Better airflow means lower operating temperatures, which extends pad life and keeps braking performance consistent lap after lap or mile after mile on a mountain road.

Works with Factory Calipers

This is a rotor kit, not a full brake kit. The drilled rotors are designed to bolt on using your existing OE calipers, making the upgrade straightforward. You get the thermal performance of Wilwood's Spec-37 alloy without changing your entire brake system.
