Wilwood Tandem Remote Master Cylinder - 15/16in Bore Ball Burnished

This Wilwood tandem remote master cylinder comes with a 15/16 inch bore and a ball burnished finish. It's designed to work with mount flanges common on most domestic cars and trucks from the mid-1960s to the present. The tandem design means it has two separate hydraulic circuits for your front and rear brakes, offering a layer of safety in case one circuit develops a leak.

Machined from high-pressure die castings, this master cylinder is notably lightweight, weighing only 3 pounds. That's about a 75% weight savings compared to heavier cast iron OE master cylinders, which can be a real advantage when you're trying to shave off weight. It features fluid outlet ports on both sides of the bore, giving you flexibility during installation, and the internal stroke is set at 1.12 inches with a 2:1 volume ratio between the primary and secondary chambers for consistent braking feel.

For a complete setup, Wilwood offers a combination proportioning valve kit (PN 260-14248) that includes brackets and stainless steel lines specifically designed to work with this master cylinder.
