Forged from a 2000-series alloy, this Wiseco Racer Elite piston is built for the demands of serious 2-stroke racing. This specific alloy choice gives the piston greater tensile strength, which is crucial when pushing an engine hard. The piston is designed for the 2004-2007 Honda CR125R, offering a 57.0mm bore size.
Wiseco applies several surface treatments to enhance durability and performance. ArmorPlating covers the crown, ring groove, and pin bores, protecting against detonation, friction wear, and ring micro-welding. Additionally, the ArmorFit skirt coating is designed to conform to the cylinder bore, ensuring an optimized fit and better performance right out of the box.
