If you're building a high-performance Chevrolet Big Block engine for serious racing or heavy-duty applications, these Wiseco Professional Series pistons are a solid choice. They're designed to handle the extreme demands of competition, offering improved tensile strength and durability thanks to their construction from 2618 aluminum, forged and machined right here in the USA.

Wiseco has packed these pistons with features that matter for racing. You'll find precision ring grooves for a better seal, anti-detonation grooves to help prevent damage under high cylinder pressures, and forced pin oiling to keep the wrist pins properly lubricated. The crown is fully machined for accuracy, and they come with an ArmorGlide skirt coating. This coating helps reduce friction, resist seizure, and even makes for quieter operation, which is a nice bonus when you're pushing an engine to its limits.

This kit includes a set of 8 pistons, each with a 4.610-inch bore and a 1.270-inch compression height, using a 0.990-inch pin diameter. Keep in mind these pistons are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. They are built for heavy to severe duty performance builds where reliability under extreme stress is paramount.
