The piston is forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, a material known for its strength under high stress.

The precision ring grooves, anti-detonation groove, and additional ring seal features work together to improve compression and prevent blow-by. The piston crown is fully machined, and it benefits from forced pin oiling for better lubrication.
