Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco pistons are built for serious performance in heavy to severe duty applications. The material choice here is key, offering improved tensile strength that can handle the demands of high-performance engines, especially those running nitrous oxide (NOS) as indicated by the '+42cc' designation for the combustion chamber volume. This kit is designed for Chevrolet Big Block engines with a 4.610-inch bore.

Wiseco has incorporated several features to enhance durability and performance. The pistons include precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and additional ring seal features to ensure a tight seal under extreme conditions. The crown is fully machined for accuracy, and they come with forced pin oiling to keep the wrist pins lubricated.
