Forged from 2618 aluminum, these Wiseco pistons are built for serious performance in Big Block Chevrolet engines. The 2618 alloy offers improved tensile strength, making these pistons well-suited for heavy to severe duty race applications where durability is key. This set is designed for a 4.600 inch bore and features a 1.065 inch compression height, with a +15.6cc dish volume and an 18-degree valve angle relief.

Wiseco engineers these pistons with precision ring grooves, anti-detonation grooves, and additional features to improve ring seal, which helps maintain consistent compression and power under demanding conditions. The fully machined crown ensures accuracy, and the forced pin oiling system helps keep the wrist pins lubricated. For quieter operation and reduced friction, the piston skirts are treated with an ArmorGlide coating, which is also resistant to seizure. These pistons are designed and built in the USA.
