These pistons feature a flat top design with a -5.7cc dish and are made for a 4.020-inch bore, with a 1.000-inch compression height and a 0.927-inch pin diameter. They are sold as a set of 8.

These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum, chosen for its tensile strength, which is essential for performance racing and when using power adders like turbochargers or superchargers. To help with lubrication and extend service life, the pin bores have horizontal slots to keep the wrist pin and small-end of the connecting rod well-oiled. The dedicated forgings allow for an optimized, engine-specific strutted design, helping to maximize strength while keeping weight down. An accumulator groove is included to help maintain consistent ring seal and power delivery.

Additionally, each piston is coated with ArmorGlide on the skirt. This coating helps to reduce operating friction and noise, while also minimizing wear on the piston skirt and cylinder wall.
